Welcome to dhk22. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dhk22 platform and all its services. By accessing this site, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, dhk22 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any balance held in those accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and thereafter. Providing false information may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login credentials completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the dhk22 support team must be notified immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on dhk22 is ৳100 (for each payment method). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once the withdrawal request verification process is complete, funds are generally paid out within 5–30 minutes. The time between submitting a withdrawal request and its processing depends on the account verification status.

3.3 Transaction Verification

dhk22 may request additional documents to verify identity for any deposit or withdrawal. This may include a national identity card, bank statement, or proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3.4 Approved Payment Methods

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is available once per member, household, address, or device.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit for receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Before wagering requirements are met, only the original deposit funds are withdrawable; winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn after wagering is completed.
• dhk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• dhk22 retains the sole authority to provide any official interpretation regarding bonuses.

4.4 VIP Program

dhk22's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Moving up to a higher tier provides greater benefits. dhk22 reserves the right to modify the VIP program rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhk22 platform:

• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system through fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest means.
• Playing games via bots, software, or automated methods.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal account credentials.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or other financially criminal activities.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Registering using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Responsible Gaming

Terms Modifications & Account Termination

10.1 Modification of Terms

dhk22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw the balance will be provided; however, any bonus portion will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

10.3 Account Closure by dhk22

dhk22 may suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Proof that the member is a minor.
• Direction from a legal authority.
• Any activity that creates a security risk.

Applicable Law & Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific part will be removed, but the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form the entire agreement between dhk22 and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.

12.4 Primacy of the Bengali Language

dhk22's terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative.
